Eyebrow threading - make sure it is done properly
Eyebrow threading seems to be the new method for styling your eyebrows over plucking and waxing.
There is a new nationwide chain that is changing the image of brow bars with no need for appointments and can walk in for an eyebrow threading. It already has branches in over 20 Debenhams and House of Fraser.
Eyebrow threading originates from the Indian art of hair removal and uses a length of cotton thread. The cotton is twisted and is held taut and traps hair with a sliding motion and pulls them out. This means that even fine hair is removed straight from the follicle.
However, there are a few cons of this treatment such as if the treatment is done incorrectly it can lead to the hair breaking. It may also lead to sagging, uneven brows, ingrown hairs and unnecessary pain.
If you have had an injury caused by eyebrow threading or any other hair removal treatment you may be able to make a claim. It is important that you get independent expert legal advice, preferably as soon as possible from one of our specialist lawyers.
