From time to time an accident is just that, an accident for which there is no one to legally blame. Even if someone else is involved in the circumstances giving rise to an injury it does not always mean that they have been negligent. A recent case highlights this well.
The claim was brought by a boy (C) who was 11 years old at the time of the accident.

Many people voluntarily take part in sports and leisure activities that can be viewed as dangerous. They may not do this because they are particularly a “fan” of danger itself but because the risks of a certain sport are outweighed by the enjoyment they get from participating.
