A young boy aged 9 was at his friends house when their German shepherd cross attacked his face.
The dog, which was unprovoked, clamped his jaw around the boys face, taking a chunk out of his lip and dragged his paw down his cheek causing multiple cuts and bleeding.
The boy was rushed to hospital and had to be put under anaesthetic in order to receive numerous stitches to his face.
The boy now suffers with unsightly noticeable scarring to his lip.
We act for a number of clients who have suffered injuries from dog bites. If you have been a victim of a dog attack you may be able to make a claim. It is important you get independent expert legal advice, preferably as soon as possible from one of our specialist lawyers.
The service I received from Actons solicitors was very helpful and especially guidance, advices and feedback from you were excellent. You were always helpful and I thank you a lot for all of this.Mr Z H | London
Just to say big THANK YOU for your time yesterday. You have explained things very clearly and easy to understand.
I felt you are very good at what you doing and you took your time with me, despite you knew this was more likely to fail. I felt very comfortable with your over the phone especially that English is not my first language and you are very friendly and patient. I spoke to others about my child’s accident and you were THE BEST PERSON to speak to! Just wanted you to know that.Ms A F
