Woman sustained head injuries after being hit by falling scaffolding

A woman had to be taken to hospital after being hit on the head by a falling piece of scaffolding. Paramedics, police and fire fighters were all called to the scene where the woman was initially treated for her injuries.

The road was closed off while the incident was being dealt with. The woman’s sustained injuries were described as non-life threatening however, she was taken to hospital as a precaution.

If you have suffered an injury in a public place from a similar incident that was not your fault, you may be entitled to make a compensation claim. We act for a number of clients who have suffered similar related injuries and it is important that you get independent, expert legal advice, preferably as soon as possible, from our specialist lawyers.

I would like to thank your company for its excellent service.  I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
